So for the past couple days I have been going running and I have acquired this love for running! My goal is to run 5 days a week. I don't know if I can go every day but I want to run almost everyday. I love running because it just makes me feel so much better and I feel healthier. Yesterday I ran after I got home from work at 7 and it wasn't quite dark yet but it was pretty late and I came back and I just had lots of energy and I went to bed so happy and I woke up really happy too. I try to run a couple miles but I am not really sure how long I am running because I usually go different ways up to the park by my house and I do different runs up there. It is a lot of fun and I really enjoy it.
